A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations and is applied toward the total rental price.

If you choose to pay in full at the time of booking, the first $100 of your payment is considered your non-refundable deposit. If an eligible reservation is canceled, any amount paid above the $100 deposit will be refunded, while the $100 deposit will be retained.

Deposits may be transferred to a new rental date when rescheduling, subject to availability, but remain non-refundable.
